Comprehensive financial statements are prepared and delivered each month to provide a clear and accurate view of the property’s financial health.

We handle the processing of escrows to streamline property transitions and maintain seamless financial operations.
Attendance at board meetings can be arranged for two or four meetings per year, conducted exclusively via Zoom for the convenience of all participants.

Landscape and Violation Walks: Board members are responsible for conducting all landscape and violation walks. Property Advantage Lite management will not be in attendance for these walks.
