PropertyADVANTAGE HOA Division Manager Erik Runsvold, CCAM, has earned the California Association of Community Managers (CACM) “Excellence in Service” award, naming him among the top community management professionals in Southern California.

“We are delighted that Erik’s commitment to service and dedication to his HOA clients has been recognized by the CACM,” says Jim Mott, co-founder of PropertyADVANTAGE.

“Erik has always gone above and beyond for our clients, putting service and results above all else. His recognition is a testament to his work and to his accomplishment of setting an industry standard of service for HOA management.”

The Excellence in Service award honors community managers who display exceptional integrity, reliability and professionalism when working with homeowners, vendors and service providers. Runsvold received the award for his “outstanding work managing several homeowners associations,” according to CACM.

The award is one of five prestigious Vision Awards, California’s top awards within the community association management industry, given each year by CACM to professionals who provide outstanding service to homeowners associations.

“The Vision Awards are an opportunity to honor professionals who consistently overcome the unique challenges of working in this industry in California, creating better communities for homeowners as a result,” said David Zepponi, president and CEO of CACM. “These are the top professionals in our field – those who are dedicated to making California one of the premier places to live in the nation.”
